Clicky Menu Thingy
The Hamburger Menu™ is like, literally everything you need to wrangle your music collection—no assembly required, bestie. Wanna make it less cluttered? Customize that bad boy & shuffle the buttons around or yeet 'em into the void. Out of the box, it's got these absolute bangers:
Songs Menu
The OG menu for keepin' your jams organized. Dive into your library, import stuff, throw songs into sets, manage books, & scope out different collections. It's basically your digital filing cabinet if your filing cabinet was also, like, cool.
Share Menu
Looks like an arrow havin' a moment in a box. Wanna flex your current song or set? Export it, email it, print it, blast it wirelessly—this menu's got all the "look at me" energy you need.
External Video Menu
Button looks like a computer screen (shocking, we know). Hook up an external monitor or projector to OnSong & prepare to dazzle literally everyone. Use an Apple Digital AV Adapter, AirPlay & an AppleTV—boom, you're projecting lyrics to the masses or showing off those chord charts to your stage crew. You're welcome, rock star. 🤘
Playback Menu
Headphones icon. This bad boy lets you layer an audio track under your chord sheet like you're actually talented. Tinker with metronome tempo, time signature, autoscroll duration, & even hunt down new versions of the song via the built-in iTunes search. Basically karaoke mode for the musically insecure.
Actions Editor
Taps open the Actions Editor so you can trigger stuff from foot pedals, MIDI, screen taps & keyboard shortcuts. Your feet are now part of your workflow. Congrats?
Heads-Up Display
Dead center of the Hamburger Menu, the song name just vibes there lookin' pretty. Swipe left/right or right-click to peek at the set, next song, or a timer. It's like a lil' billboard for your ego.
Messages Menu
Send msgs to your band via screen taps & foot pedals. Because yellin' across the stage is so 2010.
Organizer Menu
Throw the current song into a set, book, or slap a star icon on it because you're extra. The star icon lights up in the menu bar when a song's got attachments. You're basically a digital librarian now.
Attachments Menu
Looks like pages with a checkmark (yeah, we tried). Peek at files tied to your song & jump into the Song Editor to tweak text versions, metadata & all that jazz.
Additions Menu
Note icon with a pen (so creative, right?). Scribble annotations & doodles all over your chord chart. Set up viewports, toggle widgets from tabs—it's your artistic playground, you magnificent doodler.
Style Preferences Menu
Sliders icon. Change font sizes, highlight colors, transpose/capo the whole thing, & toggle headers, lyrics, chords, diagrams on & off. Basically a makeover menu for your sheet music's self-esteem.
Utilities Menu
Gear icon—fancy-pants settings & advanced tools live here. Buckle up, nerds.
The Hamburger Menu shows your progress through a set list as a thin, teal bar. You can mess with this in Settings » Menu Settings » Menubar » Show Setlist Progress
