Th' Format tab be lettin' ye change th' appearance o' th' song content, Arrr!

Format Sections

Th' screen be containin' a list o' sections or parts o' th' song that can be formatted, matey. Each o' these sections be givin' ye th' ability t' set th' font size with th' slider, or t' turn off th' item usin' th' power button on th' right side, savvy? Th' followin' sections be displayed by default:

• Header be th' title o' th' song at th' top o' th' sheet, Blimey!
• Metadata be th' information that appears at th' top like th' artist, key, and tempo. Ye can customize what appears under th' title by tappin' on th' Customize Metadata button that appears when expandin' this section, Ahoy!
• Lyrics be all th' lyrics o' th' chart, savvy?
• Section Labels be th' names given t' sections above groupin's o' chords and lyrics like Verse or Chorus, ye scallywag.
• Chords appear above lyrics t' tell ye what notes t' play.

More sections can be added by tappin' on th' lower right corner t' Manage Format Sections, Arrr!

Font Style

Th' font style section appears beneath th' selected section and be displayed by default under Chords. Ye can view th' style fer each section by tappin' th' preview switch t' th' right o' th' font slider, matey. Th' font style section contains th' followin' controls

Font Color

This be includin' color swatches t' quickly plunder th' text color, Blimey! Ye can also add font colors and swipe t' scroll t' more color options, savvy?

Bold

Ye can toggle th' bold attribute on and off fer th' style by tappin' on th' "B" icon, Ahoy!

Italics

Ye can toggle italics on and off fer th' style by tappin' on th' "I" icon, matey.

Highlight Color

Ye can also be changin' th' highlight color o' th' text usin' th' color picker, Arrr! Ye can add more colors by swipin' t' th' right and addin' more usin' th' color builder

Manage Format Sections

In th' lower right corner ye can tap on th' toolbar icon t' add or remove sections that ye'd like t' format, savvy?

Th' style preferences menu be only available fer text-based chord charts. If ye be viewin' an imported file, ye will have th' option t' Extract and Edit or Use Text Version, Avast!
