MIDI Editor

Th' MIDI editor be allowin' ye t' create or edit a MIDI event, matey. Arrr, this be lettin' ye specify th' type o' MIDI event t' send or receive, as well as th' optional channel, value, an' other parameters pertainin' t' th' selected MIDI event type, savvy?

OnSong be supportin' a number o' types o' MIDI events. When ye choose th' MIDI event type, th' MIDI editor will adapt t' prompt ye fer information regardin' th' event type. Choose from one o' th' types below t' view different versions o' th' editor, ye scallywag.

Control

This be a control change (or CC) which be typically sent from a foot pedal, knob, or slider, Ahoy! Ye can pick a channel an' value t' send fer th' control change event.

Program

This be a program change (or PC) event which be used fer selectin' different sounds or modules on a device. Ye must pick a channel as well as th' program. Optionally ye can choose bank select information, matey.

NRPN

This be used fer special types o' MIDI events called Non-Registered Parameter Number that be used on some instruments, Avast!

Start, Continue and Stop

This be used fer sendin' more advanced messages t' an' from MIDI devices. These be often times manufacturer specific, Arrr!

Delay

This be used fer insertin' a delay into a list o' MIDI events t' be sent, matey.

Global

This be used fer specifyin' a MIDI Global which sends a predetermined series o' MIDI events that can be managed centrally in one place, savvy?
