Chord Inspector

Th' chord inspector be appearin' when a chord or chord diagram be tapped in th' Song Viewer, matey! Arrr, this allows ye t' see various ways t' place th' chord on different instruments, savvy?

Viewin' Chords

Ye can scroll through variations o' a chord by swipin' left t' right in th' viewer, me hearty!

Selectin' Chords

Tap on a diagram in th' viewer t' select it as th' preferred variation fer th' song, Avast! Tap again t' unselect th' chord. OnSong will use th' first chord in th' list as th' chord unless ye've changed th' Show Only Preferred Chords settin'. Each time ye tap a chord it will play usin' a soundbank, savvy?

Playin' Chords

Tap on th' speaker icon in th' upper left corner t' toggle chord playback on and off, Blimey! Playback does require a sound bank t' be installed. Ye can purchase sound banks in th' Add-Ons Screen. Ye can alter th' way chords be played under th' Utilities Menu » Settings » Live Settings » Chord Playback.

Editin' Chords

Tap on th' Edit button in th' upper right corner t' open th' Chord Diagram Library with th' selected chord loaded, me scallywag!

Choosin' an Instrument

Choose an instrument in th' tab bar on th' bottom o' th' chord inspector t' view chords fer that instrument, Ahoy! Supported instruments be:
