OnSong 2024.15
OnSong 2024.15 has not yet been released. The following items have been added, changed or fixed:
Additions
- Added the ability to enable transposition of a PDF file that has no key when choosing the chords tab in the style preferences menu.
- Added the ability to show the transposed chords of the PDF file in the chord diagram widget.
- Added the ability to sort all songs by key and tempo.
- Added the ability to sort songs in sets by key and tempo.
Changes
- Changed the way we text bracketed chords so that it checks to see if there is a chord in the brackets.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where multiple MIDI commands are not seemingly being sent to the MIDI device.
- Fixed an issue where placing a song as the first in the set moves the second song to the original song's position.
- Fixed an issue where navigating to another song when using stage monitor mode does not function with foot pedals.
- Fixed an issue where exporting a file from the attachments menu causes it to be deleted from the library.
- Fixed an issue where upload progress is not displaying when using the export view controller.
- Fixed an issue where how PDF files with annotations are been handled in the new PDF viewer.
- Fixed an issue where multistep MIDI files may not be being sent in the proper timing.

- Fixed an issue where the contents of the text file are different on OnSong 2020 versus OnSong 2024 due to discrepancies in the database and attachments.
- Fixed an issue where importing new files as attachments on songs where attachments were deleted causes the old attachment to appear.

- Fixed an issue where the file type would switch attachments to different file layouts instead of using on-device transposition.
- Fixed an issue where creating a new song in Console when system styles are set as default causes system styles to be overwritten.

- Fixed an issue where the document scanner would not show the scanned document in some specific cases.
- Fixed an issue when switching attachments and then adding notes and sticky notes, then editing a song makes the annotations disappear.
- Fixed an issue where chords were not transposing in some PDF documents due to flats and sharps not being included within the text.
- Fixed an issue where chord diagrams don't appears in the widget unless a section is selected.
- Fixed an issue where attachments were not updating when beaming songs and updating content.
- Fixed a possible crash condition caused by a zero length string being set as lyrics.
- Fixed a possible crash condition caused by an image being converted into a PDF file.
Removals
- Removed the Import from Internet feature since it's no longer supported by Microsoft Bing and has been replaced with the Import From Web feature.
- Removed the feature were Google Ad is showing to unlock a feature.
